Dad loved nothing more than to take himself off on a sunny Sunday morning for a drive into the country. He was a member of the veteran drivers club and I always felt safe with him at the wheel. Of course, he also took on the important roles of Dad's taxi and would always pick me up from school on a Wednesday afternoon. He was also a roadie to Gary helping transport him and the drum kit :)
